Yes, icap ceased to be Substantial Shareholder not because icap sold shares, is due to after P/P which diluted the shareholdings of icapital to less than 5%.

At the current price 0.615, it is very much cheaper than the shareholders who bought it at the P/P price 0.6623.

Like I mentioned earlier, the third party investor already purchased 104 million shares at 0.662. At the current price, they already lost a few millions. Do you think they purchased shares to lose or making money? In stock market, we should look shares that belongs to retailers, directors and etc. These few days the retailers have to cutloss in the open market especially those punters and playing contra and due to that the share price has to come down. If you look at the volume, there is no way major shareholders already out. For example, yesterday's volume is not even 1% of total shares. And also if fund manager coming in to the stock they already knew the future potential. There is only 2 ways for the fund manager to earn money. Either the stock price has to come up or through dividend. As the last time krono gave dividend was 2 yrs back the only chance for fund manager to earn money is to wait for the price to come up. It is a waiting game and only those who are patient surely will be rich.

Investors bought at P/P discount price 0.6623, but retailer keep selling to 0.615.... No wonders 90% of retailers loss money. If the P/P raised fund to pay debt then this share should keep away. If raise fund to grow & increase value for company, why retailers still selling.... Anyway this is how the market work, 80% of traders are unprofitable over the course of a year.

yes Excellent GooShen like you said, price been push up fast by smart funds to 0.945 and after they took profit definitely will drop, keep dropping because those retailer traders trapped keep cut lost, but now price already been lower than P/P price and value appear and retailers have more advantage than those P/P investors, but they still cut loss because they suffer big losses. Now smart money are going to accumulate more. Those chase high are those 80% traders that don't know when should buy and when should sell. When time to sell they buy, when time to buy, they sell......and this make the smart fund managers very happy to push price down and to collect retailer's shares. This happen in every counters.........
