BIOHLDG had been slowly climbing up. Notice that there is a gap down? The gap down is due to a bad result in Q1. But for BIOHLDG, by following the trending, Q1 is the lowest, followed up by strong Q2, stronger Q3 and the strongest Q4. If everything goes well, BIOHLDG will reach its all time high at Q4. The current support is 0.24 while the resistance is at 0.275. Hopefully soon, BIOHLDG will break out the resistance with convincing volume.

Notice the SMA20 just crossed over SMA40, signifying that a mid term bullish. BIOHLDG will be announcing its Q217 result in this month. Remember that BIOHLDG is expanding their business to China and Indonesia by launching new products and also their new farm will bear fruits in around 2019.

When we look at the Bursa Announcements, Perbadanan Nasional Berhad (PNS) had acquired 15,246,900 shares in the open market, increasing their holdings to 79,002,604 shares (9.796%). PNB had been actively collecting BIOHLDG for the past 2 days, is it because they know about the coming QR?

If we remember Dato' Rosely, PNS representative has mentioned that PNS going to increase their stake in BIOHLDG cause they have confident with the company performance during AGM. Rosely has increase his stake in the June & July personally and the PNS has started to buy since 7 Aug till today.

William also mentioned that the overall company performance is expected to be better / improve in 2017 (except some extraordinary expenses in Q1). Personally i think that the MD is trustworthy and the company is going to report a good result in Q2 and therafter .

Indonesia Factory commissioned this year .

KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 14): Public Investment Bank Bhd Research said Bioalpha Holdings Bhd’s share price was bottoming out of its consolidation phase.

In a technicals note today, the research house said bullish RSI and MACD indicators currently signal reasonable entry level, with anticipation of continuous improvement in both momentum and trend in near term to lift price higher to the subsequent resistance levels of 27 sen and 28 sen.

“However, failure to hold onto support level of 24.5 sen may indicate weakness in the share price and hence, a cut-loss signal,” it said.
