Esos price is fix for 5 year normally . If share price jump between the time 5 year . Employee hehehe till he exesice . But need to pay alot to IRB . Like today need to add rm 60 /1000 share in the be form . Haha

Long term invest la. If u ever think to play short term here. You will be very dissapointed. The risk of losing at this counter is very low. Just hold if u want to have a income better than in FD. But if u want to make 10-20% in one day, just leave this counter and find the others. For me, i will just holding it. Thanks

The Collaboration Agreement is not expected to have any material effects on the share capital and shareholding structure of the Company and not expected to have any impact to the earnings per share and net assets per share of the Group.

None of the Directors’ and major shareholders of Bioalpha and/or person connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect in the Collaboration Agreement.

The Collaboration Agreement being incurred in the ordinary course of business, is not subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company.

The Board of Directors of the Company, having taken into consideration all aspects of the Collaboration Agreement is of the opinion that the Collaboration Agreement is in the best interest of the Group.

KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 27): Bioalpha Holdings Bhd is collaborating with Koperasi Polis Diraja Malaysia Bhd (KPD) to market its pharmaceutical products at the premises of the Royal Malaysian Police Department.

In a filing today, Bioalpha said the one-year collaboration agreement was signed between its wholly-owned unit Mediconstant Pharmacy Sdn Bhd and KPD today.

"Each party may terminate the collaboration agreement by providing thirty days' notice in advance," added the pharmaceutical group.

Set up in 1928, KPD is one of four institutions that are recognised by the Malaysian Parliament as a bumiputra fund agency. The other three institutions are Permodalan Nasional Bhd, Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera and Lembaga Tabung Haji.
