I am thinking of buying FBMKLCI-HW next Monday at 15.5 sen (100 lots) but I scared I will get trap. But thinking further, the US interest rate rise is a sure thing already. Even if FBMKLCI-HW drops from 15.5 sen, I can still confidently average down. For sure next month it will go up again. Moreover, many put warrants will be expiring in September 2015 (HF, HH, HI, HL & HM) and many traders will switch to FBMKLCI-HW which will only expires in July 2016. It is also the cheapest put warrant around.

In my opinion, just be very careful with controlled economies nation like Malaysia. The market authorities can change the dynamics of market just simply like that. Please be aware, end of Aug or early Setember , PNB will announce its dividend for their fund if i am not mistaken. As we are aware the Option is an 'Option' for 'Futures'. While FKLI is really 'speculative' especially during this extremely volatile & hostile market. It can move within 100-120 points per month and 20-40points within a day. My findings, you need to stay alert as much as in FKLI for Options. While, tendency for you to loss is greater in Options compared to FKLI if u r day trader or contra. Options , you really need to strike at lowest or bottom. If not, you will be burnt once the dynamic of markets CHANGE

based on calculation above, the converting price of FBMKLCI-HV is calculated by
Value = Exercise Level - (Conversation Rate*Current Price) right?
so for HV its 1658.88-(800*0.415) = 1326.9,

meaning KLCI has to drop below 1326.9 only profit for us?

if like that, isn't it 0650.HX has better value?
1750-(228*0.76) = 1576.7

KLCI drop below 1576 then we profit already. Any sifu mind to enlighten me? tq tq

HW reached the highest RM0.625. I put buy-q at RM0.565. 6 sen below the highest also kena. And worst still it closed at RM0.535. Got to pick up the 50 lots of shares tomorrow. Hope it can go back to RM0.625.

i sense we may see a big RED in KLCI on Tuesday.. to drop below 1600 support..say hit 1580
then rally back up from Wednesday till Friday.. to breath above 1620 or so

second week of September will see a huge correction/bear..
could last till end of month or longer..1500 is a realistic target by end of month

I can only be certain that next Friday job data will be very robust and this will give Federal Reserve strong reason to raise interest rates in September. Dow Jones might have three digit drop. So Friday (4.9.15) and Monday (7.9.15) could affect KLCI.

15855 is confirmed Reach already. DJIA is the ending diagonal on the top. Shanghai composite index should reverse when it was at 4000 to form wave 4 but it dropped to 3000. Then devaluation again us dollar. We can see here internal weakness already. US Rate hike has a big possibility will be executed on september 17. Impossible to have QE if rate hike is executed. US debts keep on skyrocket increasing if rate hike is not executed. Malaysia has achieved the TOP already. Glory time is over already. Like it or not. Just accept it. Long term Bear market will end at 2024. Lousy Malaysia leader making worst bad sentiment to foreigner.

Long term bear wave inside has medium term bull wave also. 3 years bull and 1 year bear are medium term wave. Then from medium term is divided into short term definition. So what is your definition ? Do not mess up the definition..
