Nepo, you are right too. That why got ppl sell and buy.

The Jaybird Vista standard is good after they developing own technology.
last time use Qualcomm technology which everyone can buy and use.
Just the brand not so High demand in TWS market.

They got lock in period with Jaybird previously, but end already.
Year 2020 they can help other company develop and produce new product. Just MCO make the process slow. ( can go YouTube search the interview)

I invest not because they in a mass production for Jaybird nx generation earbud.

Regarding certainty and uncertainty, this is what investor need to deal with. If it is certainty, the price is not this level, that time also risk, coz price is high.

That why investor need to build a profolio, allocate money you want to put in in each company, and buy in few times.

Bluetooth is low margin. Maybe you can study why Salutica want to develop own technology with Europe partner.

Regarding competition, this is very normal in investment and human life. If you find a company don’t have competitor, don’t so happy, maybe the company in a comfort zone and protect by government.

If a product is well accepted by customers it will show a upward demand trend. You buy in this type of share is safer because the price is well support by the upward demand. You may buy in at a higher price but later on if you look back, the price you bought may not be high because the demand of the product is increasing. I don't mind to buy at a higher share price for a well accepted product.

If your product is at the initial stage of production , you can buy in at the lower share price but may be facing the product be totally swiped out from the market..the most I only put around 5% of my capital to 'bet' it.

Comparing the type of situation，my
opinion is that the later one is more risky.
At the moment Jaybird Tws is not well accepted by customer..what about the future...of course present situation may not equal to future..that is why I need to bet it..

I hv a question... I saw some earbuds only sell below rm100? Is it more attractive to consumer? Apple's earbud expensive is because of brand... Jaybird also expensive but didn't see any Malaysian talk about this brand. Or Jaybird didn't sell in Malaysia market?

VenFx, is true Vista better than AirPod when they came out because AirPod come out more early.
I believe Apple lunch new version will be better.
But, the brand is the key, even Jaybird Vista is better.

The good news is Salute keep innovate with Europe partner. Nx month come out new earbud is high end. I check the price around RM 1800.

Now they got the technology, got more chance to get new customer.

Above statement is salute new customer which will lunch new product on April
Suppose will lunch last year but postponed to this year.

That why you can see last year CEO interview said they thought will have a good year for 2020.

What didt happen in 2020 will slowly happen in 2021
If you are long term investor who buy but making lost.
Do more research....

Operating Cash flow is negative 7 million, almost double from last quarter (June 2020) of negative operating cash flow of 4million.

Its cash has also down from 3.8M of June 2020 quarter to 2.8M now

In 2020 alone, Cash of Salutica is down from 29M to mere 2.8M ---- 27M cash gone/spent/loss whatever....

Based on their speed in burning cash and HUGE negative cash flow operation, how many loss making quarters can they sustain before they go broke?

I invest their technology development road map.
Timeframe till nx year.
If I use basic fundamental, I won’t invest this counter.

Salute is not Q to Q business
Develop a product take 6-9 month till complete.

As long as my price is low, I’m ok.

If you timeframe is thjs few month, better sell.
If not you will angry before you happy.

Management still will invest around 18million capex for 2021 financial year.

If I’m boss, cash flow got problem and I keep spend money, then my company going bankrupt..
And I’m the 50% major shareholder...
