In current price, market have expectation to Salute.
That why lost profit company share price still above book value.

I still have my doubt on the company management, and dont like certain things that I see... but the risk reward is at the moment still promising and so will put some money and see the outcome by end of this year.

Hi lee901, frank to said, this question hard to answer.
Because it involve prediction, salute need few quarter only can see more clear pic from TWS contribution.


Cause management said Q1 2021 start mass production for few TWS product. So prediction for nx Q is good.

But Revenue only counted when product delivered to US.
Now the shipment a bit pack n slow

That why my game plan is 1 year holding period.
Operating expenses I’m not so worry from a businessman view. Cause if you are founder, you will try you best to let the factory to operate cause your order is there.
Plus this MNC won’t give contract to company who going to bankrupt to produce their product.


From basic fundamental, this company is lousy and dangerous.
Ppl who want to invest it, prepare for uncomfortable.

我不知道为什么有人会买这公司。
因为从基本面看它根本不入流。
那为什么基本面大师居然投资它？！

SOLUTN 冷眼投资它。去看看他一年的股价。
当然，冷眼也有看错时候。所以我说以个股来说，大师也会损失。只是你要建立投资组合保护自己。这样就算股价开始起，不会一点点就跑，生怕它跌回。

其实基本面好的公司不会便宜。除非遇到大跌，好像巴菲特耐心等待机会。可是一个股灾你不懂多少年，而且股灾来时，极少数人人真的丢大笔钱下去买。


从这本书数据，差的股票回报好过A+ 学生。这不是违反投资好公司理论吗？



再看看冷眼投资这股，从第29名升到第二大股东。其实冷眼已经跟踪这公司很久了。本来预计去年是开始丰收，怎知道MCO，打乱了计划。
可是如果大家有发现，很多股票一旦进入丰收期，股价一年可以翻好几倍。

这就是冷眼投资逻辑。找出已经不被看好，很多投资人失望的公司，在跌到一个价位买进再追踪。

大股东卖股，一般直觉都是不好的，所以我的分析绝对有偏见的。
提醒一下，我也是用公开市场资讯判断，然后猜的。
投资就是建立组合，然后接受个股是可以亏50%/100% 的，但可以有机会赚200% 以上。
以个股来说，再厉害分析，生意是会变的。

好了，卖两百万股，对于他们还有57%持股来说其实很少罢了。我相信以后还会卖的。

*卖股的哪天早上，开市股价是60SEN 以上一下子。而且量是非常多的，过百万。
很快过后跌回60SEN 一下。我猜有人出高过市场一点点股价跟大股东要票。

假设公司真的变质了，他们卖，其实RM拿回1.2million很少罢了。

再看看2019 /8/23， 也是卖了7百万，过后VISTA九月终于推出，股价开始飞。
我猜哪时候应该是卖给一些大户吧！（不知道是不是冷眼）


如果真的没信心，真的建议卖掉不要烦了。
如果股价因为股东卖股下挫，跌穿0.5, 我会加剩下的资金。
我加码不是因为我知道接下来发生什么事情。投资永远都是未知数的事情，所以才好玩。

能不能这个问题回答了伴随一些责任。
还是那句，投资是建立组合，定期投入资金，耐心等待大钱。

SALUTE是一个差学生经过补习，好像要及格的学生。

我用0.35 x 50% expectation = 0.175 , 0.175+ 0.35 =0.525
这个价格范围。

然后在看你要放多少资金投资它。
假设10K， 其实市场已经对他转亏为盈有期待。
所以要提前布局，直接放50-60%吃今天的价格。
留下20% 看有没有机会来低。
另外20% 观察下季业绩如何。

如果不好会调整一点，起码还有子弹/你也可以CUT LOST。
如果起来了，觉得业绩很好，加码20%。

完成了就记得收住盈利，因为及格生要买入A级学生的行列，市场会有期待。

Above is one of the salute’s customer.
Revenue up around 400% +

But,it is due to 2020 low revenue based.

But, this company is a small company, got one new US fund invest it, they are trying to growth their US’s hearing aid market aggressively.

由于这间小公司和一家大公司合作开发一款新耳机是交个SALUTE生产，但是我疑惑他自己品牌的产品是不是也是SALUTE生产的呢？


我收到回复：

Our products are intelligent earbuds with part of the functionality that is typically described as Personal Sound Amplification Product (PSAP) that also has Bluetooth capabilities to allow you to connect to smart devices for phone calls and audio streaming.

以上是他们的回复。我有拿掉产品名字。其实内容还有介绍耳机里面的技术，已经放了TM，所以我没放出来，因为把那个技术名字google下，就知道什么公司了。（什么公司还是等SALUTE 自己公布吧）

其实销量如何很重要，我暂时满意的是这些耳机的技术都很高级。
也就是说SALUTE 投资的科技蓝图是有意义的！
SALUTE开始接到几个新客户的订单，这些投资开始开花了。

那么之后就是他以后可以继续再签约什么客户和客户本身的销量主宰她的业绩了。

这些内容写给long term shareholder 的。

我们只是普通散户，所以这些平台就是大家互相分享好的。（虽然有时候会吵架）

SALUTE好像TRAP了很多人，既然有些人HOLD了那么久，请看多一两个季度比较明朗点。
最后，当你被套很久，很多人的动作就是终于解套了，快快卖。

哎呀！其实公司辛苦打造了这个技术，进入丰收期，不要那么快跑，最多套一点点，之后HOLD 住享受丰收期的回报吧！

I am not a big fans of this actually.... Unless the price fixed is attractive... else why do we need to force ourselves into buying higher price share later on....
