Thats why I am saying it is not a matter of size but " valid grounds" to win the case. Though Apple has the size, it is not necessarily that they could win the case as their infringement of patent by Apple can be clearly established. They must respect the law and not to twist the law.
The moustache guy keeps saying that the size matters. Size doesnt really matter but what matters the most is the " established fact of the case. A " cow" is a " cow " , it can not be twisted to be an " Ass" no matter how....
Someone said if the company won the legal case in Malaysia, it may cause chain reactions in other countries ; other companies might follow suit. In actual fact, no one company would like to sue the other especially the legal case is a lengthy process : time consuming and likely involving a certain sum of legal fees.
In the case of SALUTICA, it has to defend for its patent rights and efforts devoted to the invention of its own device(s) but being infringed by another company.
