霹雳运通（Perak Transit Bhd）建议以10送1比例派发红股，且每持有公司两股可获1免费凭单。

例子：
我们买100,000 units shares
会获得10，000 units shares。（红股）

持有PTRANS 2 units shares， 会获得Free Warrant 1 unit share。
也就是说持有100,000 units shares,
将会得到50，000 units shares of Free Warrant.

Then wth free warrant and token dividen.

Today if break at 31.5 will be new high
The 29.5 cts is to give fair exit and act as bargained to contro price movement so to give
fair chances to real investors.

Long term investors will definetly give good retun to their invesment.
