@newbie12 I don't think the entitlement date is set so whoever buys from now onwards untill the entitlement date (TBD) will be given warrants, bonus issues, ...
Correct me if I'm wrong :)

Trending view to current economics :
Fund rising for working capital purpose to increase and enhance profit earning after tax. We must avoid company which like and choose to loan from bank, if like loan from bank, company have to pay interest to the bank every time deduct from their earning.
So, propose private placement is the best way to fund rising for Working Capital is Good alternative like Ptrans.
