my fren company director said their boss not so good company profit kosong and my banker said worry their profit cheating ppl coz bus less passenger. but i dono is true or not , for me play safe first . coz i got profit already , im not asking u all selling. inside here just share share our thinking. i sold out 1m units 0.31

Ptrans is trend is very bad now. It is actually on downtrend with weak support. Lot of uncertainty for the coming election plus there is a delay in the construction which will further incur the cost and it's time frame in deliver revenue to the group. Coming qr won't be good. The price has risen too fast and it is at the high side. You will see the price drop below 0.3 very soon.

Technical analysis is to study the chart pattern and avoid before any bad move by a stock. Yes, their main income is from terminal, but you have to admit that now the price is at high side. If the revenue cannot maintain, it will waterfall. People are selling ahead before qr for 3 days consecutively. Is it panic sell?

Just read their report .
as I remember their income seperate to 3 segment : Bus Operation 15% ; Petrol Station 45% ; Terminal Operation 45%

So we just focus on their main 2 segmnet : Petrol station & Terminal Operation
Petrol Station
- Basic need for vehicle, income should be stable if location strategic.
- Business advantage : Terminal owner own petrol station , should be petrol station locate in bus waiting area.. No matter business bus owner good anot .. they still need pump petrol.

Terminal Operation
- Shop and kioks renter : Previous record shown 90% rent out. As long got tenant - income stable.
- Kindly check terminal traffic - Went twice last few month.. Just like pudu station last time. .. not public holiday so just normal traffic
- Media space : previous record shown almost 90% occupied also. Not suprise for main terminal able hit high occupied rate. Media space contract normally 6 month to 1 year.
- Extra income : So surprice sometimes got some local event held in their terminal

Bus Operation just small percentage of their business income. I don't think investor here invest to their bus operation.. : (

Simply said - this is cheap counter where u can easily buy in large amount (cash or collateral(margin) that triggers panic sell when reaching or due for settlement. Those who bought in at 0.335-0.345, today closed price is just mere 3 -4 sen down.
Why u bought this counter at 1st place? hoping to get 10sen profit in 1 week? u must be joking.
The price start to rise on 13th October due to write up by TA Securities on 12th Oct with TP 0.44.
Please go through the report n coverage. That justifies the hike up. Check also previous 4 quarter report and net profit margin each quarter then u know why value investing will and must be right all the time..

Why the price so cheap when it is so good? There must be a reason why people have no interest in it. Ask yourself how reliable and stable is their business. Have you drive yourself there to look at the business of shop and kiosk? If it is so good, you don't need to jump out to defence but collect at current price which you think is low. Good luck value investor lol.
