Replicating success. PTB plans to replicate its increasingly successful Terminal AmanJaya business model in other cities in Perak, the first through the construction of an integrated bus terminal in Kampar which incidentally is already underway and expected to be completed by end FY18. Post-completion of Terminal Kampar, PTB plans to expand the existing Terminal AmanJaya by increasing gross building area by c.80%. In addition, the Group has recently acquire plots of land in Bidor and Tronoh, Perak, with aims of constructing and developing other integrated bus terminals.

STEADY recurring income from rental of A&P space in the common areas such as the terminal lobby, retail outlets, holding bay area and exterior terminal walls and outdoor carpark areas. In addition, it also provides outdoor advertising space via three-faced advertising billboard located within the terminals’ compounds. All else being equal and business conditions are either steady and/or gradually improving, more space begets more income. More income begets higher dividends. While terminal constructions are capital intensive, expenditures are largely one-off while incomes are more than likely longer-term in nature. We see current dividend yields of 2.0%-2.7% (assuming a 25% payout) rising further in forthcoming years.

IJM almost loss Fundamental Stock which it keep it for long time ago until now, until this scenario.
Ptrans still haven't move to main board and that why fund managers do not buy into Ptrans. Mostly, fund managers they like to buy main board counters. Other reason maybe some fund managers 瞧不起，看不上ACM board's counters.

@PanjiAlam55, if Rakuten is stupid (I don't use bad words, so I use a substitution), then the prediction of Public Bank is more unrealistic.

The fundamentals and future of PTRANS are very promising, in particular it will be transferred to mainboard soon (indicating its solid business), that's why it has caught a lot of attention. It won't jump 200% within a day/week like other goreng counters, but it will eventually go up and return a big reward to its loyal shareholders. Nowadays, most people just look for quick money (i.e dreaming of making tons of ringggit in a day) and then brag on i3 forums how successful they are. It's naive and stupidity.
