Nick, Perak Transit's private placement (PP) make me rethink to MGB (ex-named MLGLOBSL), due to PP, MGB has provided a lot of rooms and rose as high as we cant imagine. No wonder UOB , TA, and PBB like so much PTRANS.

Total PP = 120Million
Subscriber = Macquarie
Total subcribed so far = 6m ( 2mx0.257 , 4mx0.2701) volume weighted average price (“VWAP”) during 5 consecutive trading days minus 10%. The higher the price we push, macquarie need to pay more and PTRANS will get more.
Balance = 125m - 6m = 119m - Must be fully subscribed at any time within 6 months (max is Aug'18) am expecting Macquarie will increase subscription amount from next week onwards as the price momentum is upward since coverage by few investment bank will attract retailer n institutional plus mainboard listing plan.

Floor Price = 0.25. worst case scenario.

as said by Public Invstment bank, the journey just started. we shall see 0.51 gradually in 6 months time or sooner depending on market force and sentiment surrounds.

Not only that, other construction stocks like
BENALEC, BPURI, HOHUP, JETSON, IKHMAS, PRTASCO, PUNCAK and ZELAN also need to avoid.
.
(Except good FA construction counters ).
Some more, PTRANS going to transfer to Main Board in this 2018.

Not a problem to reach 40 cent.

仔细阅读TA 研究报告，其实TA 给于10% discount of Fair Value RM0.52.
排除10%在外，确实霹雳运通目标价52 cent 是和PBB 吻合。
23/2/2018 星期五闭价31 sen 计算，PTRANS 提供48.4%至64.5%相当吸引的涨幅。短期交易价估计35 cent至37 cent.
