Had lunch with Dato Wan Asmadi ... couple of good news coming this month. Among them are solid fy17 report, transfer listing to main board, placement almost subscribed, and 1 more which not confirmed yet so I better not to disclose . Will buy more tomorrow n harvest by end feb .

Further to the Announcements, on behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Company had on even date entered into a conditional share subscription agreement (“Subscription Agreement”) with Macquarie Bank Limited (“Macquarie Bank” or “Investor”) in relation to the issuance and allotment of up to 125,000,000 Placement Shares (“Subscription Total”) to the Investor. The Subscription Total may increase accordingly by mutual agreement between PTRANS and Macquarie Bank, if the Company’s outstanding warrants are exercised into new ordinary shares in PTRANS, resulting in an enlarged issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) of the Company in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Subscription Agreement.
