SIR is either completed or almost completed and EY briefed both Bursa and Serba on October on their findings.

If the SIR is good, means no fraud or hanky panky, Serba would have released it immediately. But Serba knew the SIR is bad and shows KPMG was right, so they now sue Bursa saying the SIR is not required or was forced upon them.

Those that stood with Serba has money vested in Serba.

Serba rather get delisted than to see SIR made public.

Yeah, seem like Karim prefer delisted than publish the SIR.....E&Y may found fraud activity and VIP involved, if yes they will do everything to stop the release of SIR or delay until election finish.

SD action suing auditor and bursar, it is confirm company will GG, not possible to refinance .

Instead, what happened was, three of the company’s independent non -executive directors attended a presentation by a special independent reviewer, Ernst & Young Consulting Sdn. bhd. (EY) on 21 October in the presence of representatives from Bursa Malaysia.

“However, as a result of the presentation which was described as‘ preliminary findings that cannot be concluded ’, the independent director said EY has not reached any decision, hence, neither they nor anyone else can draw conclusions.

EY has confirmed KPMG findings
SD has to bury SIR
SD suing only to bury SIR, unfortunately they fight with He-Man. Big brother SC still hasn’t made his move yet.
No SIR = No AR come 30 Nov.
SD will be delisted after deadline

To SD holders, you pls pray for SIR to see daylight…

serbadk dont want SIR . they just need to fire kpmg, hired another auditor then kao dim. bursa kakaciaociao insiste serba do a SIR. so now they argue that bursa have no power to ask them do SIR. is an abuse of the power. banyak pandai.

If ask anyone at the beginning of the year, would SB price drop to the current level; No one would dare to confirm or agree to your speculation. But it did happen, which prove anything can happen!!
SB even have a different chairman now; So you never know what will happen in the future~~
There may be a take over by a certain consortium OR even a prominent business man!!
So just tune in ~~ the best is yet to come!!

Majority want suspension uplifted with SIR. Cause only a reasonable SiR can give SB a good opening price. No SIR by court order won't help . We wan good solid uptrend momentum upon opening
