Hope Serba can take the legal actions until the end, so we can know more facts & evidences from Serba’s side through the court proceedings.

By taking the bursa to the court, now SIR itself has become court evidence. Serba has reason NOT to produce to anyone until any court order made.

So, what is the purpose of this new lawsuit?
It is to stop Bursa from releasing EY's report?
One thing for sure, the EY report is equally bad,
and Serba sue Bursa to stop this report from being release or being recognize as Serba said Bursa has no authority in forcing Serba to appoint a SIR report.

Whatever it is. the outcome is bad.

you are right. For sure SD will shooot up one. I am planning to get personal loan of RM100k then use Share Margin Financing to prepare to buy SD one.

That’s the flow..

No auditor will sign off SD accounts without finalization of SIR. No one will offer 10-11 qualified opinions on an AR.

That’s why I say delisting process early December.

Be prepared to lose 100% of your investment in SD.. hope you are not Drowned by the paid promoters..

Sleep like a baby and take it as a lesson .

if anything, this saman from SD goes to show that companies got no respect for BURSA MALAYSIA.

If got any management from Bursa reading this, understand this. SD is a precedent, I expect more companies with cooked up book to come out and saman Bursa. haahaha, i will be eating my popcorns at that time.

Bursa got many corrupts official tht why, i mean look even Transmile CEO can run away under direct sunlight. And they only jail the executive for 1 day only.

Haiyah, SD only need to "share profit" with Bursa then maybe can trade again.. hahahahah

I think Bursa will announce the SIR findings themselves, they have the mandate.

This is the fastest method to appease the minority investors, which Bursa has undertaken to protect.

Only this way SIR will see daylight.

The law say company must announce, not bursa.

Bursa can fine the company for failing to announce.
Bursa can fine the director for failing to announce.
Bursa can continue suspending sebak until it announce.

Only shareholders can force sebak to announce.
Only shareholders can make police report.
But sebak shareholders are all not very bright,
so, they will defend karam for not releasing,
and bursa will just comtinue to suspend sebak.

Non-shareholders will continue laughing or pitying,
and take lesson not to repeat sebak shareholders mistake.

Suspending sebak is a very good punishment
to the director, company and the not so bright shareholders.

Fraud company cannot last long with suspension.
Sebak will close shop this month.

as long as no other ikan bilis can buy sebak
it is very satisfactory for us already.
The bonus is sebak will close shop this month.
Therefore the SIR, AR or AGM are not important to us anymore.

you will want to consider your position in all 3 companies.

Please note that appointment of EY and scope of work is approved by SD.
Pleased also give benefit of doubt to Bursa who should know their own listing requirements.

base on the legal notice to bursa, my understanding is Serbadk dont want a SIR at all, but bursa force them to do it. since then shit happen, so they are stranded at nowhere, SIR uncover something , AR cannot come out.

Next they will sue EY also because maybe they do factual update to their independent director without Karim consent. huhu.. at the end EY resign also. NO SIR but No AR also.

So how?

Lol independent review is common for all big companies. AR is audited two times one internal and external to prove the fairness. First auditor can be bias but with two then nothing to say already.

According to the statement, Bursa has engaged a legal counsel to advise on the matter and its next course of action while the application for interim injunctive relief is fixed for hearing this Thursday (Nov 11) while the case management for the OS has been fixed for next Wednesday (Nov 17)
