First & foremost the majority wins. SC hold Serba wants to penalise directors. Investors hurts putting Serba into dark water for 6 months by SC. Serba business models still valid. Directors can change & organisation can be revamped. Serba directors pay fines as per SC law for 16 mil. Major shareholders was provided with good answers during AGM. Those against Serba are minorities. Banks learns nothing. If Serba bankrupt all investors money gone. Those money lost in banks are investors money. Bank put up a good fight but sacrifices investors money & not their money. This is the true ending of Serba saga. Just like election in Malacca & Johor UMNO wins. Majority wins. Recovery wins. Stability wins. Bumiputra wins. Hatred losers.

PN17 awarded to Serba is nothing new. SC nailed Serba into coffin and award Serba PN17. Same as Capital A also a good business model. SC nailed capital A into coffin. However these companies business model is strong and can be rebounded. Capital A also has banks investment initially. So l do not think PN17 is a big deal if companies are strong. They can be out of the woods in no time. Serba shares can limit down or up due to sentiments. But its prospects stays as long as Serba business as usual. Therefore sooner or later it will reach its peak prices with all the news Serba puts in. All Serba needs is to do business as oil prices has gone up substantially

Trading on Monday can be volatile or if investors can see the gem it will spike. Pak Karim is given a second chance to restore Serba health. Being the founder of SCIB & Kpower his capability is undisputed. He can secure more bumi projects to revive Serba. Those who hated Serba is advised to sell and leave this counter. Banks petisyen to bankrupt Serba does not work but as a warning Pak Karim has to work hard. If Serba goes broke all investors will suffer. Also with this incident l do not think the new shop lot auditor wants to go to jail with Pak Karim. So this is the biggest test for Pak Karim to shore up the price and secure more projects and regularisation plan for 8 months. Fines paid just to free Serba to do business. Company is likely to survive and rebound due to strong business model and support from major investors. Those haters with small shareholdings and no share are recommended to leave as Serba will need to recover as soon as possible to gain investors confidence.

Again majority wins. Those who want to get personal and hated Serba can go directly to the directors social media and criticise and do whatever you want. You can even sue them. In here, it means business. Serba is a Public listed company and belongs to all shareholders. If Serba cannot bring back business even on the bright side the company dies. So waiting all selling and rebound after Pak Karim to bring more good news one by one on oil & gas industry and Serba price will move forward each time. At least traders can opt for low price before it spikes to the moon especially when PN17 is removed.

Well in this forum, we do not encourage investors to sell or buy. If you encourage them to sell then price goes up you are wrong. If you encourage them to sell then price spike then you are wrong. This forum is to share your actual experience in troubled company and how they end up on the bright side. If you are a major shareholder of Serba and voices can be heard in the AGM you are likely to get a credit with what you write here. Last words do not mi emotions and business. If the company know as fraud and able to recover and change will investors still favour the counter. Old proverbs say they are many cats out there. Black, white, brown, yellow. The cats that bring me monies are the one l will like. So use your jurisdiction to invest but not being influence by others !

In this forum all criticize Serba. Are you the major shareholders ? Did you join the AGM and what is presented ? Is oil & gas industry on the sunset ? What makes Serba unique ? Can Serba strive out of the woods ? Why ? Customers ? Who has the leadership ? Most important thing is the company gonna make money after release from the fiery SC ?

Kindly share what is presented in the last AGM and about NTA of Serba. What business models Serba will involve now and future ? What is the value of the company in the presentation ? What is the prospect of O & G industry. Investors do not need to buy as afraid price will go down. They also do not need to sell as afraid the price will spike ? You make your own decisions. No emotions. Just business and make money. Otherwise just leave the counter on Monday.

In AGM, SD mentioned

1)will solve fraud accounting issue - Outcome confirmed fraud and paid fine.

2)will make payment so bond wont lapse - Outcome confirmed defaulted

3) BAU - Outcome no new projects, old projects either fake or cancelled.. Banks now liquidating.

Those that attended AGM, which items highlighted by SD came to fruition??

No comments for those who already heartsick with Serba as no medicine can cure. Just watch and see on Monday for Avengers Game Part 2 after the mess. Might take a few days or weeks before price to stable. Only major shareholders and SS will make a difference in the share price. Small shareholders and critics are no effect in tomorrow trading.
