multiples force selling from karim last week and this week.. He himself also no confident on this serba-dick share will rise again. Look at other stock like Careplus or Poh Kong, they buy back their stock and it shown that they are confident on their business. Not like karim keep on force selling and keep on with stories about assets to sell for repay loan defaults to bankers.

“On Jan 17, 2022, the defendant (Serba Dinamik) informed ARIM that the group was finalising a comprehensive restructuring and repayment schedule plan, and that it would submit the plan once it had been completed.

“However, ARIM and/or the plaintiff (Malaysian Trustees) did not receive any response and/or proposed restructuring and repayment schedule plan from the defendant at any time since and this continues to-date. There have been no further communications on these matters between the parties after Jan 17, 2022,” the suit read.

With this latest news on Serba ghosting ARIM, do you guys think banker will believe Karim on returning 100% of the loan? Haha, karim is a liar and forever will be a liar. He wants to renego a new deal so that he dont get sued for fraud by the bankers. Bankers will liquidate Serba tomorrow.

Tomorrow limit down to RM0. The true value of Serba.

KUALA LUMPUR (May 24): Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd has been slapped with yet another suit, this time from Malaysian Trustees Bhd, which is the trustee of Serba Dinamik’s RM100 million Islamic Commercial Papers (ICP) that the company has defaulted on.

In a civil suit filed at the High Court on April 29, Malaysian Trustees is seeking a declaration that a dissolution event has occurred on the ICP, together with an order to compel Serba Dinamik to pay the outstanding ICP amount of RM100 million, with compensation for late payment.

All those that says this is a racial issue caused by DAP lah, don know what KPMG auditor is Chinese lah... remember this, EY auditor for SIR is a Malay, and now this Malaysian Trustees Bhd is also Malay led body, taking action on Serba.

Those lose money will use anything to justify their reasoning, and will use race or hidden hands or whatever to blame everyone.

So many opportunity to run but still waiting... waiting for Serba to go to RM0

I don't know how SD are going to come up with a "100% return" scheme of arrangement that will satisfy their creditors when they couldn't even afford to pay Awantec ~RM21 million to complete the purchase of an 8-storey building in Cyberjaya just 7 months ago.

If SD somehow manage to pull this off successfully, and that's a huge IF, you can't do anything but to give credit to DK and his loyal minions LOL!
