Whether or not the company making money or lose money, is normal in business and especially during covid pandemic, where many company posting poor revenue. If lose money, just be honest and report it in the annual report, and propose the business plan to improve the revenue. Don't need to falsifying the account. If SD was genuinely making losses without falsification of Accounts , the financial institutions( FI ) may give them a second chance to revive the Company at their mercy .

The FI can not tolerate companies resorting to false accounting with hidden agenda. No way the FI / creditors would agree to SD's repayment scheme. All the signs surrounding SD are harbingers of heavy depression of share price to take place.....

Put it this way, if there is a viable rescue plan Chef will hold on to Serbak, if not have to push out or force to sell by bankers. At the moment, bankers and bondholders have zero trust on Chef management.

What are the chances of court saying banker cannot liquidate Serba? If court says cannot, then who will repay the loans? Serba is not going to repay the loans. It is a contract and Serba defaulted on the loan and bond.... once liquidation is approved, Serba will go to RM0

It is Obviously learnt that the 1st draft of proposed repayment scheme has been rejected by the creditors outright.

Unless the subsequent draft shows significant improvement ,it is expected to be rejected by the creditors.

If consensus can not be reached before 6th,appointment of liquidator is inevitable.

Until then, SD share continues to remain depressed if not stagnant......
