The joint venture with Be Living contemplates the acquisition of 12 sites with an estimated GDV of GBP2.6 billion. Stage 1 comprising 6 sites, nearly all of which are at various stages of securing planning consent whilst Stage 2 comprising another 6 sites, mostly without planning consent. Definitive agreements have been signed to acquire the Stage 1 sites and negotiations with Be Living for the acquisition of Stage 2 sites are at an advanced phase. The Group targets to complete the acquisition of Stage 1 sites by the first quarter of FY2018. Negotiations and documentations for Stage 2 sites are expected to conclude shortly after.

If money from IPO is use for pay debt, i will say the company is so so only...now EWINT is using it to expand it business to England. For me, this is a good sign...even if Monday it close red.

The real fact is investor don't simply sell share, punter does. Same boat? Who is the one partly cut loss for other counter and say f on 14 Dec? Ppl only come recently with starting 50 lot, cut loss n now suddenly captain of the boat? Money boat ah? Many ewi buyers, listing until now not even sell 1 share...........

If next year is still making losses, may use the following as excuses:
1. Valuation losses resulting from strengthened ringgit.
2. Higher financing cost arising from increasing interest rates.
3. Lower margin amid higher operating cost and rising labor cost.....good luck everyone.

Thunderbird, how could you compare the IPO price with the potential TP. Announcements and latest business plans within these few months have signficantly changed the fundamentals of this counter. Coulped with improving qtr report. Should take all these into account to evaluate the future TP. Just my opinion.
