分析：马银行投行研究

目标价：38仙

最新进展：

2019冠状病毒病确诊病例攀升，澳洲政府被迫封锁墨尔本，拖累绿盛世国际（EWINT，5283，主板产业股）的Yarra One项目工程进度，营运水平只达25%，预计2021财年才能交货。

另外，该公司会交付悉尼帕拉马塔的West Village产业项目，并会如期在本财年入账。

至于Macquire Park的收购案预计在本财年完成，并会在今年底前提交建筑计划。

行家建议：

绿盛世国际已在本月初交付伦敦Wardian大楼，并会持续到下财年首季，而Embassy Gardens住宅项目的销售势头依然强劲，平均认购率达约80%。

此外，Kew Bridge住宅产业项目，预计推出第三栋Verdo公寓，据了解这三栋的认购率高达40%。

目前，绿盛世国际管理层维持2020财年22亿令吉的销售目标，并有信心末季能至少卖出一栋英国Barking Wharf的项目，总值1亿7000万英镑（约9.1亿令吉）。

0.38 is already over target for LT investors as it is almost impossible to get dividend of $380 for 1000 shares invested today at around 0.43 and hold for next 30 years if long life enough, lol.
ST trading play as management always gives hopes and market sentiment provide trading opportunities.
