IPO valuation approach and assumptions made should make known as facts n figures will be self explanatory. The adverse outcome from this IPO issuance exercise is not only limited to Lotte.
2.The repercussion extends far and wide.
3.Investors- retail,public,cornerstone,institutional will be wary of the next big IPO issue scheduled for the later part of the year.
4.MSWG can also issue a public statement on IPO fiasco.But as what had been commented by forumers they seemed to be so quiet and passive over such matter of public interest .
5.The regulators can also investigate the contradictory statements made and issued publicly by Lotte and Johor expo. Action is required so that the public can have confidence that they can depend on the regulators or authority to safeguard their pecuniary interest.

Our Securities Commission(Persuruhjaya Sekuriti)-SC, needs to be proactive and investigate this IPO issuance so that they can uphold one of its founding ULTIMATE objectives which is safeguarding and protecting the investors' interest.

The severe decline (and can't recover) could be due to their last record of TITAN. In my memory, in the past, TITAN trend to drifting down, and finally taken private at very cheap price. Most investors can't make money from TITAN and the management /directors won't care much about the price /investors.

Hope somebody can write a bit detail on TITAN, so that, investors know their style and take as reference.

don't be silly , LotteTitan is not the old Titan, but very much upgraded technology wise,more to that, is expanded and enlarged . Remember those days,Titan experienced extreme difficulty,as the essential raw materials, petrolium was priced at 100 usd per barrel,and now only 49-50 usd. The cost have since largely reduced,. Economic and market enviroments had since changed, then LCtitan could be having a brighter future.
