管辉宗崛起成敬业大股东

（吉隆坡22日讯）敬业（KAB，0193，创业板）宣布，管辉宗增持公司200万股份，崛起为大股东，后续买入200万股。

管辉宗现持有敬业8749万4440股或5.172%股权。

该公司昨天向交易所报备，管辉宗是在上周三（12日）和本周一（17日），分别买下200万股股权；上周三完成收购后，他持有敬业5.053%股权。

另外，在今年1月下旬，管辉宗曾一口气购入优良机构（PARAGON，9407，主板产业股）60.41%股权。

这从而触发了强制全面收购（MGO），因此，他出价每股55仙收购余下未持有优良机构股权。

周五闭市时，敬业收报58仙，跌3.5仙或5.69%，成交量737万股。

I've bought the warrants at 9.5c and I will buy more if it becomes cheaper.

KAB is a good company with solid business background but a bit unfortunate due to Covid-19.
