Bonus issue just like you got a cake, initially you cut it into 3 prices, but later u see you cake bery demanding and price go up, people not so keen to buy, the you decide to cut it into 10 pieces, but the size of the cake still the same but each slices will be smaller and sale with cheaper pruce... RM10/ cake, cut 5 pieces RM2/ pieces,
Cut into 10 slices, each RM1. As simple as that, but some time people willing to pay more for a slices ( because feel cheaper) RM1. 1, RM1. 2.. That why after ex, the price go up.

the idea of bonus issue is to reward shareholders with its built up revenue reserves. by the same token, the share will become cheaper and more affordable, when it is so, more people would buy the share in anticipation of capital gain in months to come given the fact that the Company is in the direction to enhance its growth. Not many company would offer bonus issue . you must have a huge healthy revenue reserves to do so ...............

Look at the company partnerships, definitely will lead the market sooner or later. If government e-wallet project awarded to Touch N Go, you will know the answer for the company profit next year.

Well, no one counter can go up in a straight line everyday or every weeks, there bound to be some correction on its way because some profit taking, price run too fast ahead of profit ( when we intepret the High PE). Only the prospect of the industry & the management team efficiency that give you the confident or lack of confident to hold it for long term.

Yes. Agreed. Look at the company prospect and future. PE is just a measurement and not is a MUST thing. If everyone here make good profit from this counter, who care about the high PE?
