Haha, interesting announcement after market closed yesterday! 2nd largest shareholder sold 5 mil shares through off-market deal, out of which almost 1.5 mil shares to the spouse of the majority shareholder. What happened to the balance 3.5 mil shares? The 2nd largest shareholder also did a similar off-market transaction of 4.4 mil shares back in the middle of last month whereby the announcement didn't disclose the identity of the buyer(s) ....

So the buyer must be very confident that the share value is going to move up due to the poaitive profit in last QR. The seller may need the money for other opputunity since the pandemic is going to over soon. Supply amd demand
