Mr Diy nobody wants (IB can do whatever they want) - shoot up so much. CTOS everybody wants - ( ) Be careful. You hear the honk but no car turns up :) my 20 years experience
Most seasoned investors know that this stock is not for long term investment and the company may disappeared one day as indicated in the analysis. Although the price is overpriced, many new retailers still buying and that will be good for trading including shorting. Furthermore, you have 6 months before the directors starting disposing their share.
Just found out that some payment to their partners/vendors are in the form of share. Hence, not only thier employees to get their cash today, thier vendors are also want to collect cash today by disposing thiers. This is not good for us...I
Yeah…my uncle father’s mother’s friend also told me the stock will go to RM 5…alien from another space buy this stock..haiya, stop with rumours without source la…you think ctos management will destruct their self by paying their vendors with shares??
Yea, I hope it's not true. But when some of thier vendors asking my partners how much that they should sell thier share that they got from the company for thier payment, I think that can already conclude our doubts.
By the way, it's normal for companies to pay thier vendors with share and CTOS is not committed any wrong doing here.
The best strategy to trade our over price stock today is to sell our share and buy it lower. As long as it's not lower than than what employees buying which 80 cents as claimed by somebody, I think should be OK.
Normal?? Let say ctos need to pay its vendor rm 500k, so how they pay with shares? By following opening price or ipo price? You think this is bitcoin???
Hello, Check with any other sdn bhd on how they getting payment from companies that doing IPO.
It 's same principles as how some developers paying to thier sub-Con - by barter system with some of the houses. How do they declare that to income tax, it's the same principle as this.
As I said, it's normal for Companies to pay to thier vendors by share. Some of my companies get our payment in that way and no issue. We just need to sell it on the first day to get our payment.
How do you think share price like Mr.DIY have 10 cents lower from IPO price for its lowest price on its first trade day.
No…never heard such practise in malaysia…is it more useful if offer ipo to public…get money from ipo…and pay debt with the money?? What is the rational for doing that?
The rationale is simple, they able retain thier cash instead of giving out the cash. Same rationale as developers paying to thier subcontractors - converting one of the house as payment. Subcontractors normally agree because they will be offered lower price than its retail price.
But to get the payment, they need to get agents to sell the houses. Same to IPO, the vendors need to sell it to get thier payment.
That is why first trade of IPO will drop because employees and vendors want to get thier money ASAP.
You can already see some vendors are queuing selling at 80 cents... More of thier vendors are panicking to sell it lower later to get thier payment to pay upcoming salary.
All season investors know the RM1.1 is overpriced.
There's one article I've read. The co pay off a lot of dividends, etc to partners, then took a hugh loan to beef up things. Getting listing may be a way of sponging the ignorants. Anybody had that article, pls repost. Thanks.
I will dispose first thing in the morning and will acquire at lower price today but I hope it will not hit 80 cents although some vendors/employees queuing to sell at the price.
