Ppapa's business is the safest than Ah Long and Bank as long as they stick to the principle of collateral gold for loan. Event though world gold prices fluctuate it is still safe for pawn business as normally they would give 30% or more (not more than 50%) of the pledged gold. So, that means they are not afraid of default payment. Whilst Ah long may be with no collateral and Banks are subject to default payment in time of economic downturn.
