Which developer company that develope Puncak Setiawangsa Project?

Currently housing development in M'sia is not very transparent.If not believe just search the development company that build your house or apartment and I'm sure you will get 0 info on the internet.

What to do the developer very stubborn but yet got people like that also. Everyone seems want to show their wealth by staying at steep hills. We can show our sympathy only and condolence to all the affected family. Govt. must be very strict in approving dev. at these type of hills since science and tech. cannot rules out the power of God. God creates science not human. I feel very sad since this things happen so many times.. not much we can do ma....

At least, the develop properties company of each housing project can be trace or shown to the citizen at certain web site.To judge whether the developer is responsible type or not is base on the people it self.Lots of house buyer just see the housing project and never recognize the back ground of the developer company.That why occur lots of abandon project or landslide accident.The only loser is the citizen them self.Bank and developer always a winner,since developer always add some valuable asset (yourself) to the bank asset column.
