Hepitrade. Check profitability. Positive cashflow generated from operation. Gearing level and increased revenue and of course NTA. Some company may have lower NTA but higher market price probably due to license or concession or etc. Some company may have high nta but lower market price probably due to high intangible assets.

Changlk03. Marco. We have problem with conversion of warrant to mother share which caused increase in no of shares floating in the market. This new shareholders may look for opportunity to dispose its shares. I do not know how many more warrants to be converted. Any uptrend will not last as new sharrholders tend to dispose its shares to earn profit. Better buy below 15 sen place safe.

Messi2u. My view is based on short term analysis. I will rely on weekly and monthly chart if my objective is for medium term investment.i meant more than a week. If you invest for medium term or long term. pls study its financials carefully. You can get assistace from zu1967 to analyse on the company's financial strenght. More than 60% of my fund is really for swing/contra trading only. By the way. Where is brother mikekong.? Waiting for him for stock of choice for tomorrow trading.he he

Bro changlk03. TA change everyday. Today can give good signal and tmr can be giving poor signal. So, TA mostly are applying for short term play. Even for some cases, TA tak boleh pakai also. Need to enter based on experience ady. For some special cases to follow blindly TA will also make u mati katak. That's why I said, it takes time to train the skills. For fundamental, we are trying to buy at its fair price then hold for some time. Look at Takaful/ Dutchlady then u will know liao. Conclusion, bluid up fundamental first. Meanwhile, just follow our bro mikekong tips to play safe. Since first day I step into this ship, I also follow his tips to make some pocket money. Hihi.. :) By the way, marco looks not bad. Let's try ask others and see what's their opinion. Hehe. :)

Bro Richmond168, what I think about marco is the sustainability of the revenue given higher inflation/lower consumer spending power this year. Besides that, the higher operating expenses recorded during the latest quarter also caught my attention by what exactly is the item spent on (they did not give further explanation on that, only mentioned higher operating expenditure).

Something I notice on their share price, it tends to shoot up once a while, then come down over time. Goreng up for the larger shareholders to gain some profit then buyback at lower price?

And yea, follow sifu mike's guidance will be good enough and safe.Btw, are you taking CFA?

Also they have given out biggest dividend of all, and the lowered retained earnings could potentially indicate that the future growth might not be there (no big plan in expanding business). Also EPS/divi payout might be diluted by the number of shares outstanding after conversion of warrants like what you suggested just now. :)
