Question about stock split and dividends

Guys, on 23 Feb 2017 Ekovest declared a Stock Split of 5:2 and a special dividend of RM0.25 (ex date of 23 Feb 2017). Some questions: 1) Assuming a stock was at RM4.00 the day before a 5:2 split, does it mean on the following day it will automatically open at RM4.00 * 2/5 = RM1.60? 2) For the special dividend of RM0.25 for Ekovest, is it paid to those who held the Ekovest stock at the previous price (~RM2.90) or those who hold the share on this very day at RM1.16?
