FGV bags "50 Best Global Employer Brands Award"

KUALA LUMPUR: Continuous efforts to improve its human resources practices has earned Felda Global Ventures Holdings Bhd (FGV) the international "50 Best Global Employer Brands Award 2015" recently.

The award ceremony, held last month at the 23rd edition of the World HRD Congress in Mumbai, India, was jointly hosted by Employer Branding Institute and World HRD Congress.

The prestigious award recognised FGV's efforts and investment in enhancing human capital development, human resources practices, policies and strategies.

FGV Group President and Chief Executive Officer Datuk Mohd Emir Mavani Abdullah said its

"We view employees are an asset and believe engaged employees are productive.

"Using core values like partnership, respect, integrity, dynamism and enthusiasm, we will continue to strive for excellence and achieve our group's current and future aspirations," said Mohd Emir in a statement. - Bernama

Right on En Ammar....think u should laugh. Don't stress yourself up over the stupidity of FGV's Board & Management. Instead of working towards its financial performance, hence shareholders' value, FGV is going for such award, which should be done after it achieve finance excellence.
