KUALA LUMPUR: Pesona Metro Holdings Bhd has clinched a RM349 million contract from Land Maker Sdn Bhd that includes the construction of two 44-storey luxury condominium buildings in Kuala Lumpur and ancillary facilities.  

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, it said the contract, awarded to construction arm Pesona Metro Sdn Bhd, involves the construction and completion of the main building works, hardscape works, external works and other ancillary works.

The project has a duration of 36 months starting from Feb 8, 2023.

The two condominium blocks comprise 205 units each across 36 floors, as well as a seven-storey car park podium and a basement car park level.
