In malaysia, we, minor shareholders (retail investors) always on the losing end. When the public listed company continues to make losses every year; the major shareholders (directors) will always propose for increasing directors fees and perks; whilst the poor employees have pay cut or retrenchment. Why cam't there be a law to reduce the members of board of directors, reduced/cut directors fees or so forth instead of victimising the poor salaried workers
