Ya.. i notice the new regarding the rating downgrade for its highway assets which is Duke 3 and the merger plan..but without that new what is the core price for Ekovest?....now the market is expect to merger or don't want merger? if merger no successful what is the value of the Ekovest? look at the share price today? disposal the 13 lands plus 4 lands and acquire the 4 TOD johor landed then how? so the price move because expect the merger no going to happen or is expect the going to happen?

Read my sentence again. There are actually 2 0ptions available to IWCity which is the entity having issues with Bursa? Ekovest is actually the White Knight proposed by KH Lim to takeover IWCity through a proposed merger for Ekovest to tap into IWCity's Landbank in Johore?

Yes... self-justification whether now is the right time or not...based on my view and discussion with my friend..it looks like fight between Johor and KL... suppose this will happen on 2020 and 2022.. but due to covid and lock down so everything postpone.. but my friend source said this time likely will on based on the recent move like selling off the land to airman and botak will excute his plan.. so KL on airman and Johor will be Botak....

regarding the duke3 issues.. i don't think is issues.. due to duke listed plan is on table and before 2026 needs to be executed....as per history botak plans always fail that why market doesn't put expectations on this and this is why the share price kena press 99 compare to last month from 0.43 up to 0.58.... so shareholder is expect and hope the deal on? or just the minor shareholder is stop it? if not excuted why sell the land to airman and airman own by who? what is the core value of ekovest? why sell off the land why don't develop the land where all the land is strategic land and why acquire johor 4 TOD land near RTS? all this my friend source share to him.. he said yourself think of it.. if risk then don't touch if you think botak plan is good.. then now is good timing can buy some and keep the show happen...so now is between johor and KL game.. so will botak win this time?

The DUKE highway book value is RM7.9bil in Ekovest accounts. It’s the main asset of Ekovest. Generating appx RM350mil revenue per year. Based on 2021 projection, Ekovest want to list it at RM11 - RM12bil value. If succeed, then there is a windfall of around RM3bil. That’s RM1 per share. So, buy and just wait until 2026.

My guess is the merger plan is for LKH to increase his shareholding in Ekovest. He’s just holding about 33% now. After merger, his share will be more than 50%. That means he will profit more from the listing of DUKE. So, listing of DUKE will only happen after the completion of the merger & LKH increase his shareholding. The crown jewel in Ekovest is the 3 DUKE highways.

@laulau... could be..i wish and expect on oct the acquire TOD is completed.. expected the coming QR report the 13 disposal lands will be recognized.. next qr will be additionally recognised on the 4 disposal land...that why with all this move.. is the show that Ekovest move toward to Johor development where they already disposal total 17 lands to Airman.. with all this move actually a bit weird.. if the merger no happen why disposal all those land? to recognize it? fyi.. the airman is under LSH which is another independant ekovest shareholder.. so what does it mean?
