Lots of selling today. Highly due to the rumors on NIISe; HTPadu dropped as candidate. PMX surely don't want any conflict to the image he purpoted.

HTPadu being the developer of existing system with 20+ years experience maintaining MyImms system.
Myeg with more that experience especially on the front end of various gov agencies.
To have them out of the race completely seems illogical. They may still exist, but in different form.

If that is the case, that explains why HTPadu pulled out from the race as reported by TheEdge earlier.
Not bad at all for HTPadu. After all, they have been getting new contracts lately via its 20% holding company (Dapat Vista) recently (i.e MyDigital ID and soon e-jamin)

@meisrael @ Fuad5757- it is just my gut feel that THETA will be the main con and HTpadu as sub con as HTpadu has the experience in handling NIISE. Stange that the Govt decided to exclude Htpadu from the race. Perhaps it's politics. Whatever it is let's hope for the best for both counters. Tabung Haji 's large stake in THETA , I feel will be favoured by the Govt. for the RM1 bill project.
A JV is another possibility- @ Fuad.

HTPADU GAP DOWN AND SELL DOWN? WHAT IS HAPPENING?

Htpadu which had been trading at rm 2.50 suddenly got gap down and sell down today, accompanied by 2 news
1st news - unofficial rumor news by newsportal nanyang and sinchew on htpadu potential drop out from NIISE, leaving only Theta and Dnex
2nd news - official news from Htpadu bursa website on High court writ of summon on past issues concerning pertubuhan keselamat sosial (release on friday evening after trading hour)
From what we can see today is
1. Theta and Dnex is lacking of the momemtum needed to justify the NIISE contract. (Theta gap up sell down)
2. HTPADU still have influential shareholder Wong Thean Soon, whose acquistion price for more than 20% of the block share being priced at rm 2.03
3. There is no panic selling in Cuscapi and MYEG share.
4. HTPADU did not officially announce that they had pulled out from NIISE tender, it is just newsportal rumors.
What can happened next?
1. If the news is true, current price is still below Wong thean soon rm2 stake.
2. Htpadu can rebut the rumor of it pulling out of NIISE tender, and share price might possibly go limit up again
In conclusion
Target Invest think that HTPADU is potentially still in the NIISE tender. With Wong TS stake in HTPADU, it means alot more as WONG TS,s MYEG had all the experience from more than 10yrs to make NIISE better
Recent cuscapi high court suit also result in cuscapi going up almost 100%. Could Htpadu be a 2nd chance in replay?
