Not me this is plantationgameover trap at RM4.60 in Harta:

I will considering re-entering Harta at RM1.50. By then Top Glove will probably be RM0.50.
At RM1.50, I'd be able to buy twice the amount of shares I had when I exited and that would give me a better chance to recover some of my losses in this counter over the long term.
When all this supply and demand imbalance is over, Harta and Top Glove should still be around.
Its just that in the short/medium term, I think it will continue to drop as long as big players like EPF and other funds continue to sell.
How I wished I had sold earlier and what an expensive lesson it has been for me.

according to you logic, you can buy much more harta at 50 sens than RM1.50.
so why not wait at 50 sens?

Because i invest with money i dont need and i believe in the management's track records more than EPF. EPF is just a dumb trader that buy high sell low, just see their recent performance for Q1.
If you want fast money, dont invest in market. It's a waste of time and waste of money. better to use the money to enjoy life than to worry so much everyday

based on Annualised Result BPlant share price should be above RM12.00 each
thats comparable to United Plantations punya standard
of course market discounts this as once a while high CPO price
still ... ... RM1.01 is just way too low
=> the Upside is huge and Downside does not exist [for the next 3 years]

Bplant has two engines of growth
high Cpo prices.
bplant is one of more efficient planters that sell spot to capture full value
Plus Bplant's Peninsular lands are of immense value
Kulai lands were just sold to Ytl power for a whopping Rm261,000 per acre and very high profit of over Rm190,000 per acre which enabled bplant to give 7.3 sen profit
Bplant still got lots of prime valuable lands to be sold and unlock more value as well
one example is it's lands near Batu Kawan and is worth almost Rm1 billions current value
so we can expect more dividends from Bplant if Cpo maintain at Rm3500 to Rm5000'range

Our buy call on Bplant was 57 sen now we get 7.3 sen dividend which is more than 10%
Price can go up and down but palm oil prices so high now profits will ensure long term great dividends

I actually did a simulation test on Bplant's dividend payment possibility and found out the following:
1. If average yearly cpo price is RM6K/ton, the possible yearly dividend is 12ct.
2. If average yearly cpo price is RM5K/ton, the possible yearly dividend is 9ct.
3. If average yearly cpo price is RM4K/ton, the possible dividend is 6ct.
If you desire possible dividend payment option, bplant is one of the safest investment now.
With share price of RM0.83, you will enjoy even better dividend yield which is another parameter.

Bonus share issue 2:5 in April 2018. 1000 shares entitled to 714 new shares. So total shares held 1,714.
Cumulative dividends received 2014 - 2017 was 53sen. 1000 shares held equals to 530.00
Cumulative dividends received 2018 - 2022 was 24 Sen. 1714 share held equals 411.00
Assume 1714 Shares disposed at 0.88 Sen equals 1508.00
1508 + 520 + 411 = 2449
849 gain for a 1600 invest over 8 years.
