公司防护事业部2023年度处于磨底期,产品价格处于历史低位,全年波动幅度较小,但产销量方面出现了明显的变化。2023年一季度手套行业公司开工率普遍不足,主要系行业产能过剩,渠道库存尚未消化完毕所致。从2023年第二季度开始,手套行业需求有所回暖。2023年7月,公司在行业中率先实现了满产全销,销量的反弹对企业运营成本的摊薄起到了较大的帮助作用。就产品价格而言,丁腈手套价格在2024年第一季度出现了小幅上涨。公司自2023年四季度陆续启动了若干重大技改和降本增效项目,总投资过亿元,目标是针对现有的PVC手套和丁腈手套产线进行深度技术改造,通过进一步提升车速和效率来实现生产成本的下降和经营效益的提升,并系统性地加强了丁腈产线的工艺优化工作。从运行效果来看,2024年一季度降本增效的效果开始显现,毛利率有所提升,亏损收窄。随着全球丁腈手套的需求形势回暖、价格回升,以及技改和降本增效工作的持续深入推进,预计防护事业部二季度的业绩将进一步显著改善。
公司护理事业部业绩较平稳,并持续开拓国内外客户,全年利润和毛利率保持较稳定的态势,预计2024年会继续维持平稳增长的态势。

With the hike in US tariffs on Chinese rubber medical and surgical gloves from 7.5% to 25% in 2026, Malaysian glove exporters will be able to compete as Chinese gloves will be more expensive in about two years compared to now.

All glove counter has break 52 weeks high, except HEXCARE.
HEXCARE need to hit 35sen then only can consider breaking 52 weeks high.

Although I am very confidence on all Glove counter, but Hexcare is the one I have least confidence.
This counter is heavily control by someone.. As long as he has no intention to push the price, this counter will not move. But once he has intention to push, Rm1.00 is not a dream.

PROPOSED PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO 10% OF THE TOTAL ISSUED ORDINARY SHARES IN HEXCARE ("PROPOSED PRIVATE PLACEMENT")
Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous
announcements in relation to the Proposed Private Placement shall apply
herein.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, M&A Securities wishes
to announce that the Company has fixed the issue price of the first tranche of
the Placement Shares at RM0.21 each.
The aforementioned issue price of RM0.21 per Placement Share represents a
discount of approximately RM0.0198 or 8.62% from the five (5)-day weighted
average market price of the Company from 4 June 2024 to 10 June 2024 of
approximately RM0.2298 per Share.
