when other property stocks keep breaking new high, and property index also keep going up, this stock is going opposite way, better avoid at all cost

Eps 6.59 sen , giving 2.2 sen dividend. PE only 4.9. It is undervalued. Will rebound.

cant just look at PE, look at the company profit margin, it has been dropping steadily, not a good sign. even today rebound also very weak. bkful it will go even lower

the share price perform of today is telling you the result is not impressive, so so qr. Impressive result should see share price rebound significantly after such a huge drop.

PE lower than 5 for current price 1.30
Definitely undervalued!

bro, market doesnt work this way, there r many other with very low PE, look at eupe ROE, it is quite low compare to other property stocks.

Agreed that EUPE is the undervalued stock with latest EPS 6.59 cent and dividend 2.2cents, and high unbilled sales. Latest QR(from 1 Feb 2024 to 31 MAY 2024), the revenue is only RM112 Million, and the unbilled sales up to 13 Mar 2024 is RM720 Million. This indicates EUPE business is guarantee in 1.5 years.
Unbills sales in property mean the property buyers had signed the Sales & Purchase Agreement and Loan agreement or full cash buyers, but the billings of the buyer properties haven't send to buyers yet. The billing is according to the progress of the property construction.
I think RM1.30 is a good entry price.

u think market will overlooked such an 'undervalued' stock ? there must be a reason why this stock is way underperform compare to simeprop, mahsing, ecoworld, spsetia, e&o, ksl. Focus on those outperform stocks instead of this underperform stock.

I also got simeprop share, ksl & cresndo shares. All can perform. Same for EUPE one day can perform. EUPE condo facade are good, sales is good. NTA is RM3.4, Earning is 25.83 cent, Dividend is gradually increase. The affordable landed houses are selling fast. Fundamentally is great. Need not to worry at price RM1.30.

EUPE profit margin is very low among property stock, profit margin is very important to evaluate a company, low than average profit margin of the industry is a sign of lousy management.
