Is it the warming up and slow build up like the Italian in the Euro2020 before the real push to the final ? Or like Wales, impreesive at the start and got kicked out hashly ?

On behalf of the board of directors of Digistar (“Board”), UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd (“UOBKH”) wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake the following:-
1. proposed consolidation of every 3 existing ordinary shares in Digistar (“Digistar Share(s)” or “Share(s)”) held by the shareholders of Digistar, on an entitlement date to be determined and announced later (“Entitlement Date”), into 1 Digistar Share (“Consolidated Share(s)”) (“Proposed Share Consolidation”); and
