Description:
TASCO Bhd is a Malaysia-based company principally engaged as a total logistics solutions provider. The company operates through five divisions namely Air freight forwarding division, Contract logistics division, Ocean freight forwarding division, Trucking division and Origin cargo order and vendor management division. It renders warehousing services, such as public bounded warehouse and cold room facilities. Additionally, the company and its subsidiaries are also involved in the business of truck rental, in-house truck repair and maintenance, insurance agency services and warehouse rental as well as the services related to freight forwarding.
@fortheemprah, I can't predict the future however I believe the logistics sector will see good sustainable growth. Those with ILS status will have the advantage of income tax exemption boosting profitability. Smaller cap players will be edged out or merge into a bigger corporation. Bear in mind that the 51% Bumiputera equity condition imposed on the freight forwarding business will overshadow this sector until Dec 2022. Despite listed company being exempted from this condition but I see it as a privilege that can be taken away.

wishes to announce that there has been no further development on the MOU between GDEX and Tasco since the previous announcements.

The cycle has yet to reset, but TASCO has been showing itself as a resilient player with appetite for expansion. It also shown itself intending to keep investors by giving out dividends. Stack and hold.

LubeTrader, the other day, you mentioned about some fella picking up tickets. Looking at the trend for Tasco, would you see a potential upwards trend leading up to the CNY period?
