Tek Seng Holdings Bhd is an investment holding company. It operates through four segments: PVC Sheeting segment, which is engaged in manufacturing and trading of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sheeting, parts for industrial and consumer use; PP Non-Woven segment, which manufactures and trades of PP Non-Woven related products; PVC Leather segment, which undertakes trading of PVC leather related products, and Solar segment, which earns major revenue is engaged in the manufacturing and trading of solar related products. It is involved in the manufacturing and trading of PVC related and non-woven related products, the manufacturing, designing, exporting, importing and sales of photovoltaic products, solar cells, solar panels, solar modules and solar-related products and the letting of properties.

Dont look at share prices, look at the dividend, 8% per annum, or higher.. This is cash cow for next 2 years.
