Business Background Sapura Industrial Bhd is the Malaysian-based an automotive components manufacturer. The company is organised into three major business segments: Manufacturing segment which is engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of products for the automotive, electronics and electrical industries and manufacture of butt-weld fittings for oil and gas industries; Investment Holding segment engages in provision of management services to subsidiaries; and Others segment is involved in the trading of auto parts in retail and after-sales market. The company’s operations are carried out solely in Malaysia.

Make sure when MAA reported surge in automobile sales, the results of the company move in tandem then instead of various excuses. Lose fate: 1. Old BOD, don't expect new ideas. 2. Recent performance tell the truth. 3. Products may not be competitive now, especially if it is not protected by any unknown rules. 4. Inefficient market for its shares where spread between buyer and seller price is too wide. Anyway, may be good for speculation.
