Its segments consist of Property development and related activities that include the development of mixed properties and its related activities; Leisure that operates resorts/hotels, golf course, and theme parks; Investment holding invests in subsidiaries and property investment; and Educational provides educational services. Majority of the revenue is derived from the development of mixed properties.

Nemesis weeks ago told in this forum that the target is 0.18 but asking people to buy at 0.21 sadly it is still on the downside. So dear investors becareful of EVERYONE who actively promote this counter. It is a good counter BUT you have to wait very patiently. If you have excess money then buy and keep it. Otherwise forget about this counter for the time being. People who actively promote this counter could be management linked or have vested interest. So just be careful.
