A total of 8,414,108 treasury shares were distributed on 30 December 2022 via a share dividend distribution of treasury shares on the basis of one (1) treasury share for every twenty-five (25) existing ordinary shares held in Focus Lumber Berhad in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2022. There is no cancellation of treasury shares.
