Reason	Cessation of indirect interest in 418,359,551 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in Multi-Purpose Holdings Berhad ("MPHB") held through Casi Management Sdn Bhd ("CMSB") CMSB had on 29 February 2012 increased its paid-up share capital to RM150,000,000 divided into 150,000,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each. Arising therefrom, Dato' Lim Tiong Chin's shareholding interest in CMSB had reduced from 15% to 11%. Accordingly, Dato' Lim Tiong Chin has ceased to have an indirect interest in MPHB by virtue of Section 6A(4) of the Companies Act, 1965 held through CMSB.
