As Great Eastern Life Assurance (Malaysia) Bhd ["GELM"], Great Eastern Takaful Berhad ["GETB"] and BWMMB are subsidiaries of Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited ["OCBC"], OCBC is deemed to have an interest in the shares held by GELM, GETB and BWMMB.
