GSI is a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs Holdings (U.K.), which is a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs Group Holdings (U.K.), which is in turn a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs (UK) L.L.C. The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. is the direct holding company of Goldman Sachs (UK) L.L.C. and the ultimate holding company of the other aforementioned entities. 2) Indirect interest through various open market acquisitions and disposals of shares of Berjaya Land Berhad by GS Investment Strategies (Singapore) Pte ("GSIS"). GSIS is a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs Foreign Exchange (Singapore) Pte, which is a subsidiary of J. Aron & Company. The General Partner of J. Aron & Company is J. Aron Holdings L.P., whose General Partner is in turn The J. Aron Corporation. The J. Aron Corporation is wholly owned by The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. and is the ultimate holding company of the other aforementioned entities.
