Public Bank(PBB) wishes to announce that all the 7 ordinary resolutions and 1 special resolution as set out in the Notice of 53rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) dated 21 March 2019 were duly passed by the shareholders at the PBB53rd AGM held today, Monday, 22 April 2019.

All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Messrs. Deloitte Risk Advisory Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineers appointed by PBB. Please refer to the attachment.
