Business Background Barakah Offshore Petroleum Bhd is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. It is involved in the oil and gas industry in Malaysia. And once this fails to reach an agreement, Enquest can drag it through the courts for years. Barakah will be long wound up by creditors before trial or appeal is set.
