It is engaged in the provision of academic, tertiary and professional courses, and trading of all kinds of steel products. The Company operates in three segments: Education, which is engaged in provision of academic, tertiary and professional courses; Trading, which is engaged in trading of all kinds of steel products, and Manufacturing, which is engaged in manufacturing of all kinds of steel products. Its subsidiaries include Stamford College Group Sdn. Bhd., Stamford Education Network Sdn. Bhd., Stamford Executive Centre (PJ) Sdn. Bhd., Regent School of Economics (KL) Sdn. Bhd. and Stamfordonline Sdn. Bhd. During the year ended December 31, 2008, it acquired a subsidiary company, Sang Cahaya Sdn. Bhd. On December 30, 2009, it completed the disposal of 98.88% interest in Advantage 2000 Dotcom Sdn Bhd.
