We refer to S P Setia Berhad’s announcement dated 15 February 2021 and wish to announce that Petaling Garden Industrial Estate Sdn Bhd ("PGIE”), held its final meeting on 7 February 2023 (“Final Meetings”) at Level 16, Menara LGB, 1 Jalan Wan Kadir, Taman Tun Dr. Ismail, 60000 Kuala Lumpur to conclude its Member’s Voluntary Winding-Up.

The Liquidator will lodge with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and Official Receiver a return of the holding of the Final Meeting (“Return”) and of its date with a copy of the account attached to such Return, within seven days from the Final Meeting in accordance with Section 459(3) of the Companies Act, 2016 (“the Act”). PGIE will be dissolved on the expiration of three months from the date of lodgement of the Return by the Liquidator pursuant to Section 459(5) of the Act.
